How do you make a clan in Combat Arms

You first must achieve the rank of 'Staff Sergent (SSG)' 3 arrows above 1 below.

Then, in the lobby, look up the top, there should be a tab that says 'Clan', click it, then click a yellow button about mid page on the left that says 'Create Clan'.
