How do you turn you witch character you created into a Hagraven in Skyrim Elder Scrolls V

If you play on the PlayStation or Xbox, creating a witch is difficult, as they will all attack you. On PC you can add yourself to the Hagraven faction and live with witches, hagravens and/or Forsworn, but the code to become a Hagraven is a bit buggy and unplayable.
