How get all gags in toontown

You can get six of the seven tracks:
Toon-Up
Trap
Lure
Sound
Throw
Squirt
Drop
(You start off with throw and squirt so it's impossible not to have them.)

Once you get six you have to keep using them until you get 10,000 points to max them.

It is impossible to get all seven of the gag tracks.
