How do you get your garrys mod addons to work
The addon should have a file with the name of the addon. Simply place this file in:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<insertsteamIDhere>\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons
Make sure you have a file decompression program such as
Note: if you are trying to install a map place it in maps, if you are trying to install a mod, place it in garrysmod\garrysmod
