deva is where or to the right of the eifhel tower but i think you can transport it
without the red tornado cube with the "t" on it and when you get the cube you have to be a level 4 or 5 tornado. and when you are by the eifhel tower with the cube
and remember you have to be a level 4 or 5 ,when you are by the eifhel slide the
stylics or the ds pen down and a another tornado will go in circles then you will find
a green little cat.
