If it's for a console, try cleaning the disc. If that doesn't work, use a scratch remover to remove scratches from the disc. (you can buy these online) If that doesn't work you may need to buy a new one. You can do so at any Game Stop or EB Games.

If it is for PC, try re-installing it. If that doesn't work, repeat the steps above.
