How do you make a computer game faster
Most often the problem with computer games not running as well as they should is low amounts of free memory (RAM). If you do not have a high-end computer, it is best you set the visual qualities of your game low, as well you should end any background programs to give your game as much memory to use as possible.

Another common issue is a low-scale video card. Most video cards that are integrated into the motherboard are not of the quality it takes to run computer games, but were meant more for video and monitor usage alone. Buying a PCI or PCI-E video card can greatly increase your gaming performance.

A less common issue is an outdated processor not able to keep up with the calculations needed to pull-off the 3D utilized by modern games, though this issue only applies to computers that are more than 8-10 years old.
