Apparently for regular smudges use alcohol, but for plentiful scratches and dirt use toothpaste NO toothbrush. Go in straight lines NOT circles that will mess up your disc even more. And don't touch the center either. Make sure to cover the WHOLE surface. Rub until almost dry then wash off with some soap and water. And your disc SHOULD be like you bought a brand new copies.
