Does raichu learn thunder bolt

I recomend Leveling a Pikachu to Level 50 first and then evolving it because then it will have learned all the moves Pikachu/Raichu can Learn. For Other Help Go To http://www.serebii.net/index2.shtml i did not make this site it just helps me out a lot.
