How do you do the runescape safe area glitch

There isn't anymore, this happened when Construction first came out, on world 11 a certain person came out from his Player Owned House and started killing players in Falador and Edgeville ( this was known to Jagex as the Falador/Edgeville Massacre ), it started off in Falador and Was ended in Edgeville, the culprit(s) were Permanently Banned, he was caught with valuable items like party hats, and other rares and items. Jagex fixed this though, and vowed in future to make sure it don't happen again, this was also main reason pking was stopped, mainly because that one person.
