How do you use a cheat engine 6.0

it has a tutorial but what you do is find the process of your game put that in and then if you have a exact number that type it in where it says first scan then click first scan after that change the number that you scanned in your game then find the new number in cheat engine then double click it and then double click on the far bottom right number and change it to what ever you want
note it probably won't work if the game has a hack shield of some sort also there may be more than 1 number that is the same as the 1 your looking for
