Is there any programs to cheat on World of Warcraft

There are some that make these claims. most are just scams or viruses. One thing has to be noted however, use of any program to cheat the game or change game play in a way that is not fair to other players is strictly against the end user agreement and the terms of use. Therefor as you have clicked accept to the conditions you have in essence signed a contract, in using a "hack" or "cheat" you are breaking that contract and are essentially breaking the law.
