Will Microsoft spin-off Rare into an independent video game company

Yes. As of July 2015, Microsoft will spin-off Rare into an independent video game company. Banjo the Bear and Conker the Squirrel will be appearing in their own video game series for XBOX, PlayStation, and Nintendo consoles. Other video game series being developed by Rare will be in progress.
