No. Your internet connection does not have anything to do with the frames per second of a multiplayer game. FPS, for a console game, is going to be what ever the developers lock it at (excluding dips which happen all too frequently in a lot of games), while for PC it's going to be based on your computer's specs/GPU and the game settings you choose to go with (although some developers may lock FPS on PC too). Internet connection will determine your ping, which can result in lag (which can appear on your end as choppy video and audio).

Your fps is not affected by the type of connection you use. It's the ping that may get affected when using a wireless connection. This may give you the impression that there is a drop in fps but there isn't.
