How do you beat the sorrow on Metal Gear Solid 3snakeater

You just have to go all the way to the end and touch the skeleton in the middle of the water. What will happen then is the Continue screen will come up. When the screen comes up, bring up the Item menu and take a Revival Pill. If you killed a ton of people and dont want to go thru all the zombies then just drown yourself and eat the Revival Pill
