Is anybody else having problems with Pippa funnell 4

yeah i am but its technical problem every time i play the game it gets to the part were Emma meets oliver then wen the loading page comes up after the video it goes off and I've check my computer and it meets all the requirements. My computer is windows vista


EDIT: I have this game on Vista as well, and I had that problem as well, but I decided to wait it out and see if it would go on, and it does. You have to be patient, I waited about 10 min maybe more, but it did finally move on.
