How do I exit the pump room in top secret cypher mission

Here's how to do it: You must first look at all of the pictures along the wall on the top level. Note how above the animal in each picture, there is a star/asterisk with one bold line, either, horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. (Write them down, or, if you want to just know, they are as follows: mongoose-looking thing-vertical, scorpion-horizontal, eagle-vertical, lion-diagonal, jumping horse-diagonal, and the nonjumping horse/donkey looking thing-horizontal). So now go to the bottom level where there are six domes with levers. In front of each lever is a slab with wheels/gears on them. Go in front of the gears and turn them (press enter) until it makes the hand with the ring in it correspond to the star/asterisk in that particular animal's picture from the top level. So, for instance, the scorpion's picture on the top level had the bold line going horizontally across the asterisk/star. So on the bottom level, on the slab in front of the scorpion, you turn the wheel until the ring is horizontal. Then, once the ring corresponds to the bold line, you turn the lever. Do this with all six and voila!, you've solved the puzzle--water will fill the bottom part, make the wheel turn, and a door will open! (Note: On the pictures that have two DIAGONAL bold lines (like an "x"), it doesn't seem to matter which kind of diagonal line you position the ring in- it seems like it can be either a line slanting forwards OR backwards, as long as the ring makes a diagonal line).
