Where can I find a MoonStone in Tales of Symphonia

Go to the shop near the church in Flanoir in Tethe'alla. They sell it there although it is fairly expensive. You can also find it as a "Dropped Item" off certain monsters, but that is unlikely to happen. You should just buy it.
