Where can one get the sound effects from Wolfenstein 3D in WAV format

All of the sounds and music in Wolfenstein 3D and Spear of Destiny are copyrighted. No one is allowed to upload the separate sounds anywhere. If you want to get them, you need to have the game (6-episode registered Wolf3D or commercial 21-level SoD) and an editor such as ChaosEdit, FloEdit II or WolfEdit. These utilities will allow you to extract the sounds as WAV format files. Note that these sounds are not ALL of them. They are the Digitized sounds only. There are many sounds that are included in the game as PC sounds, AdLib sounds and Mus sounds. FloEdit II will allow you to extract all of them in RAW form, but none of the players I have (including WinAmp) will play them. I have not found a way to convert the raw form to a usable sound file format.
