What machines did you use in BDSM club

Well, I have only been in one BDSM club, and I did not see any machines, they had a lot of special made furniture, with all the hook up for easy hook up. Items such as... Cross, Frame, Whipping post, benches, swings, swinging tables, stock aid, cages, iron maiden, other special benches, etc etc... Nothing mechanical really. Lots of leather, low lighting, music, and always people watching and listening.
