Is the moshling named liberty rare

Liberty is hard to get but not impossible. She should stay in your garden if you have one red love berry one blue love berry and one black love berry. OR one red love berry one black love berry and one purple love berry.OR two black love berries and a red love berry. OR (this is the last one that i know) all three pink love berries.
