What is the best cheat in oblivion for weapons

it would be the cheat that takes you to the testing hall
which is coc*space*testinghall which is a room with every item every weapon, every spell,every alchemy ingredient, all armors, and everything you could possibly get into your inventory for free, just don't go into any testing rooms, you wont be able to get out :)
must leave then fast travel to leave hawkhaven game testing planet surrounded by water.
