Who is gulliver on animal crossing wild world

Gulliver is a white bird in an ufo. He thinks he's an alien... You can shoot him down with your slingshot. When he's shooten down, he will ask you to help him finding his lost ufo-parts. When you have them all, you will get a special piece of furniture.
