What happens to catwoman in arkham city

Well, nothing serious happens to Catwoman. When Joker dies from not having the cure, she goes to her apartment to pack and leave, but Two Face blew up her 'hideout'. She confronts him and retrieves her things from the thugs that have them. She decides to stay afterwards thinking there's no fun in leaving!
