How do you unlock backdoor in the animal orb place in castle crushers

You need to have the Golden Key equipped and attack the door.
To get the Golden key,

you need to play the level "Full moon" with the animal orb Cardinal (the red bird).

Just before climbing the second ladder there is a hut. Walk next to it and Cardinal will fly in and get you the Golden Key.
