You hold down LB and then enter it.

• Hold down LB and then: y, x, b, a

• Weapons
• Hold down LB and then: up, up, up, up and then seperately: up, down, up, down for infinite ammo

• Health!
• Hold down LB and then: R-trigger, R-trigger, R-trigger
