How do you get the hidden blade armor plates in assassins creed bloodlines

If you mean Altair's armor, you have to play through the game. The Assassin's Tombs where the keys to the armor are hidden will show up on your map as you progress through the game. Make sure to climb all of the view points though. Some of the locations will only show up on your map if you climb a certain viewpoint.
