Collect or buy 2 sapphires, 4 black coals, 2 mist woods, and 2 cat tails. All those ingredients are enough to make one Dagger of Absolution. Go to your house or dorm, place the basic crafting station that Eudora has made you down (if you haven't already). Walk up to it click "Dagger of Absolution", click "Craft", and you have yourself one Dagger of Absolution! If you are seriously having a hard time finding mist wood and cat tails, go to the Bazaar. Those items are ALWAYS in abundance there.
