Why does wesker hate chris

Basic outline of why wesker hates chris:

-Chris survived, while Wesker's original plan failed
-Chris killed the Tyrant, whereas it was supposed to be the other way around for BOW data
-He had the mansion destroyed, AND ESCAPED alive with all the comrades

-Then he killed off Alexia in CVX (although Wesker made up for the loss by taking away Steve's T-Alexia injected body instead)
-Chris survived the fight at the end of CVX, while Wesker got beat down with Chris' smarts, and was left with a burned face
-Chris escaped again
