What Happens at the end of FEAR 2

Alma rapes you as you battle your mind-warped teammate, Keegan, in an attempt to both fend him off and re-activate the telesthetic amplifier required to kill her. You win the battle against Keegan, but ultimately lose the war against Alma, and she ends up conceiving a child by raping you, revealed in the ending cut-scene just before the credits roll.
