How do you register to Dragon Ball online

First of all, you're gonna want to know, that if you don't know Korean language, and don't know a working KSSN (Korean Social Security Number), don't bother reading the rest of this message unless you are willing to work like hell, because if you do not know anything about either of those, you cannot and will not be able to play/register until the Taiwanese version comes out, you'd be wasting your time if you read this message and do not know anything about Korean language or KSSN's. You may take the time to learn what a KSSN is and Korean language (If you are struggling and dieing to play, use a translator) if you like, and still do these steps.
First of all, go to this website here: http://dbo.netmarble.net/main.asp
Now, you are going to want to press the button at the top right corner, the one with the key next to it, the Korean letters are in bold.
Now, look around for the register button, it won't be hard to find. Register a username, input everything it asks for and yeah, yeah, yeah..
Now when you get to the part where you enter your KSSN, make sure it starts with the numbers 92, 93, 94, or 95, if you don't have the first numbers as any of those, they will not accept the KSSN. This is due to age, the first part of a KSSN is basically telling your birth date. Again, make the first numbers 92, 93, 94, or 95. Now after typing everything in, press the orange button and you've registered an account.
