How do you beat the game front runner once I beat dizzy and daisy daisy stays there. could I have some help

After chasing Daisy around a bunch and nothing happening, I simply did nothing. After maybe a minute of just sitting there (I was surfing the web), I beat the level. If she gave notes, I missed them, but nonetheless it said I finished with perfect health.
Bottom Line: Do nothing?!
