What program will record game footage on Windows 7

I want to record a game I am playing so that I can edit and upload the footage later. This should be really easy, but it is not.


The program must:

1. Record reasonable quality video (smooth frame rate + YouTube quality).
2. Record audio from speakers (not via microphone).
3. Have a reasonable maximum recording length (i.e. record for at least 15 minutes, preferably 1 hour).
4. Be free or have a trial version (given none have ever worked, I'm not willing to pay for one sight unseen).

People have suggested:

1. Jing - crap frame rate (10fps), lack of audio (official suggestion: connect line out to line in).
2. MS Expression - too resource hungry (I am running an I7 with 8GB RAM - if it doesn't run on this, it doesn't run), encodes in terrible quality.
3. CamStudio - latest beta version doesn't run, latest stable version refuses to record more than 2 min video (and doesn't warn you if you go over).
