How do you get free Xbox games

There are plenty of different options. tons of websites offer downloads of xbox games, but they get shut down pretty frequently (MegaUpload.com). Personally, I use Vuze to download them from Extratorrent and The Pirate Bay. I'm still working on how to actually play the games from the Xbox, but I know that two ways to do it are via a USB flash drive or external hard drive, and also via a burned DVD-R or Blu-Ray disc. Keep in mind that the DVD-r has to be dual-layer, single layer can't hold an entire game, it's simply too large of a file. I used ImgBurn (burning software) to put Halo - Reach onto a DVD-R, but then the Xbox read it as a DVD, and I was looking for a way to remedy that or do it via USB when I came across this.
I also tried to use a 150GB Hard Drive to do this, but basically, you have to configure the HDD for the Xbox, which pretty much creates a partition (512MB-16GB) on the hard drive after formatting it in FAT32. Also, FAT 32limits all files to 4GB, and since most games are at least 7GB, they will no longer fit on the hard drive, no matter what the size of the hard drive. There is NO way around the size limit on FAT32. I also had trouble accessing the partition the Xbox creates, so I had to use a program called USBXTAFGUI, which breaks into the partition and lets you cut, copy, and paste files into and out of the partition. I looked at some YouTube tutorials, and still can't figure out how to do this, either.

Also, there is a software out there that will create back-ups (copies) of any Xbox 360, PS3, or Wii game called Easy Backup Wizard. It costs about 30$ but it'll allow you to rent games for a few bucks, copy them, return them, and then you have a file just like the one you start with if you download. I'm pretty computer-savvy, but just got into this less than a week ago. If you can help me with any of the above dead-ends, both the Hard Drive and DVD-R, please help me or direct me somewhere that can. This WILL take some research and know-how.
