What video game features the most hideous boss ever seen

Cant really give factual evidence but in my opinion Clotho from God Of War 2 was fairly hideous along with: Mr BIG from NARC was disturbing but not reall hideous; Xeno from Overblood 2. All that is just my opinion though.
