How do you take screenshot in everybody edits

If you use Windows, there should be a little key somewhere on the keyboard labelled PrtScrn or Print Screen. Press it and the mouse will blink once. Now open Paint or some other image editing software and press Ctrl+V or Paste the image. A shot of your screen should appear. Edit out the bits you don't want and then save it. Hope this helps!
