Does Jagex have the power to shut down RuneScape Private Servers

Answer: yes and no only if the server does not put in their trems and conditions that the user can not be a jagex member


Answer: I am quite sure that if it is an almost exact copy of RuneScape, then it is a copyright violation, and can be shut down.
