What is the blue cube on B-Cubed

This is how i got on to level 14 left 4 up 5 right 2 you are on the blue square it transports you to a different square you then have to go down 1 right 3 up 1 left 2 up 1 left 1 up 1 right 2 down 1 right 1 up 2
