What can you do in the Postal 2 game

Kill people, urinate on them, befriend dogs, get arrested, get Gary Coleman's autograph, do all of your daily errands, watch it rain cats, use a cat as a silencer, save the town from terrorist fanatics, buy things, rob convenience stores and decapitate people with a shovel.
