basically, the only two cheats you really need to finish the game are simple; infinate ammo and health.

1. first you must enter cheat mode. to do the you must pause your game. Then, hold down L1+R1 and press: circle, circle, left, triangle, circle, X, then let go of L1+R1. if you entered the code correctly, the words 'enter cheat' will appear in the top-left corner of the tv screen.
2. Infinate health: enter cheat mode and press square, L2, L1, triangle, triangle, L2. if you entered correctly the game should automatically unpause. If you get shot and the health metre goes to zero you won't die.
3. Infinate ammo: enter cheat mode then press L2, L1, square, L2, L1, R1. if you entered correctly the game will automatically unpause ant you will fire a shot. Your ammo number doesn't budge
