How do you get the level with the pineapple in on Super Mario sunshine

Collect around 45 Shine Sprites, and Shadow Mario will appear in Delphino Plaza, holding a Yoshi egg. Spray him enough to stop him. Approach the egg. There should be a fruit in a thought bubble. Get that fruit. Bring the fruit to the egg. The egg will eat it, and voilah! Yoshi is born. Jump on his back. Go to the rooftops. Find the giant pinapple. Eat it with the B button. Jump into the portal.
