Where is MAru in Spineworld

he is in sky terrace. he is by the den the shop called maru is his he is the octopus thingy by the den and the waterfall.
where is sky terrace?
go to cloud plaza and go straight past everything rightwards and then follow the first question.
He is the big blue guy next to "The Den".
