Where are Timpani and Blumiere

They both end up getting married when they prevent the worlds from being destroyed. (Remember that it took the "marriage" of Bowser and Princess Peach to get the prophecy to start? Well, apparently it takes another marriage to end it.)

However, they physically left to get married somewhere and in that action they weren't sure if they would be destroyed in the process. Well, if you stayed for the end credits and watched them finish, you will see the shadows of Blumiere and Timpani over a hill watching a sunset, together at last.

The storyline of their love was quite touching for a video game actually (so was the Luvgbi one). I really like the sad song that plays in the background of their storyline too.

Of course, you kind of have to overlook the fact that he destroyed worldS (that is right, plural) of inhabitants in his selfish quest to be with his love.
