Roblox- Can someone give or make me a script for exploding bullets

Yes, people have put scripts similar to that on the free models. Sometimes people on the scripting helper forums will help you with basic scripts like the one you are asking for, but they won't build the whole thing for you: you'll have to learn to script yourself. If you don't know how to script, you can find tutorials on the Roblox Wiki and other websites. Try googling "Roblox Scripting Lessons" for some tutorials.
