Does china get all the games before you do

Not all games of course, but many games that are created by Chinese/Japanese makers do have the games playable first in those countries than here. Kind of like how American artists have their songs created here, so therefore, we have a chance to listen to their songs first before any other country. It just has to do with exporting of the games and time...etc
