Is it possible to be able to use byakugan

That was brought up over on the naruto section of wikipedia. It was described as if it exised here in our world, but it doesn't. Also, in the anime, their eyes are light grey/blue because they are losing their natural sight and trading it for byakugan.

Lay off the Naruto a bit. It is not real.
