No. Or, well, maybe there is, but I and about 1,000 other people have been looking for a very, very long time, and can't find one. Not for any other animal, actually. The closest one I have been able to find is Feral Heart, but there's no goals in mind; you're just running around as a canine or feline character, and chatting.

There's a game called I, Predator in which you can play as a shark/seal (predator vs. prey), or two other predator vs. prey servers, but they are very confusing and laggy, making it not very recommendable.
