huh? where do you get the Sapphire?  Real answer!:  how to get the sapphire on fireredto get the ruby I'm not sure but to get the sapphire you have to go to the dotted hole on island 7 use cut to open it and go in the first hole and then theres going to be 4 holes, go to the north one,west one,east one then south and theres going to be a guy and he takes it but then you get the code for the ware house and go to the warehouse make your way to the guy you say in the dooted hole,defeat him and he'll give you the sapphire  , by marquis aka jokertank you Marquis (joker)
