Which video games are not good

They all are not good. when you play video games such as gameboy, gamecube, wii, xbox 360,nintendo ds, even watching tv, for a long period of time can hurt your eyes. i read it in a book... Improv: on the other hand video games provide a relativley safe way to relieve stress and allow you a way to escape from real life. (just don;t get obsessed)
