How do you get a FLOATZEL

Go to Sandgem and surf south to pal park and walk in the grass. Floatzel is a stable water type and his aqua jet attack can be a real life saver in a sticky situation. or u could always go to the Valley Windworks and catch a Buizel and evolve it but the first way is easier. You can also get it another way, but I forgot what route it's on!
